What Is Conversational Hypnosis?

What is conversational hypnosis and how is it different from regular hypnosis?”

Simply stated, conversational hypnosis is a series of techniques to instantly connect or build rapport with someone and influence their behavior, desires, and actions by communicating with their subconscious mind.

You may hear those “in the know” touting conversational hypnosis as the ultimate secret to getting everything you want out of life and taking over control of anyone’s mind to get them to do what you want. The fact is … this is largely true.

Obviously, nothing works every time when you are talking about human behavior, but conversational hypnosis does allow you to control how other people act … in the specific ways that interest you … without them knowing you are secretly commanding them.

Conversational hypnosis has been proven to improve relationships between the person using it and his or her target. You could use it to improve your relationship with your boss and get a raise; you can use it to re-kindle your marriage or improve your dating life.

You can even use conversational hypnosis techniques to lower your rent, get tenants to pay the rent, get lower prices on homes and cars, improve negotiation results, and to get your kids to eagerly do their chores; it has even been used to beat traffic tickets.

Conversational hypnosis is not really hypnosis in the traditional sense where the subject enters a trance, closes his or her eyes, and allows the hypnotist to more or less take over.

In fact, these techniques are intentionally conducted while the other person is fully awake, active, and completely unaware you are subconsciously commanding them to act or behave in a way that benefits you. He or she could be actively interacting directly with you or to a group or not at all.

Some typical techniques in conversational hypnosis include reading a person’s thinking patterns, mirroring, and embedding commands in both spoken communication and written communications. Conversational hypnosis can be implemented silently, while speaking in person or over the phone, and in writing such as with letters, memos, emails, and even cell phone texting.

Though fascinating and relatively new in the public eye (emerging in early 2007), conversational hypnosis is not difficult to learn or use. As with anything, some of the techniques are more difficult to master, but many can be done within minutes of learning how.
